We have seen a marked increase in recent call volumes and so it may take longer than normal to answer your call or respond to your queries.
Our customer service, and the safety and well-being of our staff are our priorities. As such we are accelerating transitioning staff to home working, whilst maintaining full control and confidentiality of customer data.
For the few employees who remain on site, we have implemented social distancing, increased cleaning arrangements and we continue to provide reminders about hygiene practices.
